ART Toledo is a community-driven initiative that leverages the rich cultural and historic assets of rural Toledo to increase awareness and appreciation of the arts. It is designed to actively engage diverse constituents in public art creation while also supporting Toledo's economic growth by attracting visitors and residents alike to downtown. It offers a variety of different programs that promote open accessible engagement of the arts while spurring business development and economic growth for Toledo. Programs include the Phantom Galleries, The Mural Project, and the summer event series, Art & Oysters, & Brews.
